Ongoing Advisory & Topical Sessions

Between planning sessions, we meet bi-monthly, monthly, or quarterly to:

  • Address roadblocks or internal challenges
  • Pressure-test ideas before they’re implemented
  • Provide guidance on sequencing, resourcing, and focus

Depending on your needs, this may also include asynchronous support such as email review, feedback, and strategic input.
